This Multipurpose leash can be used in 3 ways.

1. To use as a regular leash, attach the trigger snap to the D-ring to make a handle. The handle is not adjustable to ensure it does not slide
2. To wear the leash around-the-waist, attach the trigger snap to the adjuster point's O-ring and slide the pointer to your best fit. When walking, the adjuster point will pull snuggly to hold its position around your waist
3. To wear the leash crossbody, attach the trigger snap to the adjuster point's O-ring and slide the pointer to your best fit. Works the same as around-the-waist

You can add an additional adjuster point to keep one positioned for around-the-waist wear and one for crossbody wear. This also gives you an additional adjuster in case one comes undone with wear & tear, as all the pressure is going towards the adjuster point when wearing it handsfree. In the case it becomes undone with wear, it will be covered under our Warranty Promise.

Pupway™ is compatible with the Multi-leash Attachment. Other accessories that can be paired with the leash include our Oh Sh!t Tab and Oh Sh!t Handle.

You can design your Multipurpose Biothane Leash with two colours: select your leash colour first and choose your handle colour & optional leash-end accent colour to complete the look.

The Set comes with our classic clasp & snap. Since it comes with Super Heavy Biothane, we do recommend upgrading to our Heavy Duty trigger snaps as pictured for added security, better fit, and an overall luxe feel.

For this add-on, you will need to select 'Heavy Duty Trigger Snaps' under Hardware.

We measure the length of the actual leash, excluding the length of the handle.

Depending on your height and the position in which you place your adjuster point, the length of the leash may vary for everyone when wearing the Pupway™ handsfree.

4-6ft: If you choose the 4-6ft length, the leash is 6ft when attached to the handle and used as a regular leash. Around the waist will be somewhere between 4-6ft (close to 5ft), and crossbody will be around 4ft.

5-7ft: If you choose the 5-7ft length, the leash is 7ft when used as a regular leash, close to 6ft when you wear it around the waist, and around 5ft when wearing it crossbody.

Our Heavy Duty Biothane Products are made with Super Heavy Biothane and our Standard Biothane Products are made with Standard Biothane.

Super Heavy Biothane is more sturdy and has a more luxe feel and texture, and is on the heavier side. This allows for better grip and control over the gear when needed, making it the perfect option for both everyday use and as training gear.

Standard Biothane is lighter in comparison, has a softer feel and texture, and is more flexible. Designed to be lightwear, we made the Standard Biothane products to be nice-to haves in your dog's wardrobe, suitable mainly for shorter walks and smaller dogs. We recommend owners with stronger pullers consider Super Heavy Biothane as a more suitable option.

Both Super Heavy and Standard Biothane are waterproof, stain-proof, and can stand heavy wear and tear. This makes Biothane products super easy to take care of and clean after a rainy walk or muddy hike.

Biothane looks and feels like leather, but is way softer, easier to clean, and is still top-notch in terms of quality and style, making it the perfect option for your pups' safety gear.

To clean your Biothane Set, simply soak the leash and adapter in warm and soapy water. For any dirt or patches, you can spray the spot with a cleaner and use a toothbrush to lightly scrub over the marks or leave rubbing alcohol on for awhile before scrubbing or wiping.

Over time with heavy wear, the hardware will leave tarnish marks where the Biothane folds. Regularly cleaning your leashes and adapters may help diminish the tarnish marks.

Remember to not wash your leashes and adapters in the washing machine, and to thoroughly rinse in warm water after cleaning with rubbing alcohol!
