Where we are unable to offer returns, we do offer life-long warranty for all our products.

BIOTHANE PRODUCTS:

All Biothane Products are made-to-order just for you!

Due to the customized nature with 300+ possible designs, your Biothane Products will be final sale and we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

We proudly offer life-long warranty on our Biothane products, guaranteeing against any defects with the material or craftsmanship. If you experience an issue with your new gear, please contact us and we will take care of the rest. Please review our full Warranty Policy.

ROPE PRODUCTS:

All Rope Products are made-to-order just for you.

BUT, taking into consideration that there is less customization involved with our rope products, you can return your order for a full refund (minus shipping and transaction fees) within 14 days of delivery date.

The product must be unwashed and unused, in the condition it has been delivered, with the original packaging.

We also offer warranty on our handmade rope products, guaranteeing against any defects with the material or craftsmanship. If you experience an issue with your new rope gear, please contact us and we will take care of the rest. Please review our full Warranty Policy.

Making a Return
  • If your order is eligible for return, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Start a return by emailing us at support@pupworldwear.com with your order number and 'Return' as the subject line
  • The product(s) must be unused and unwashed, in the condition it has been delivered with no damages, with the original packaging and invoice. All returns are subject to inspection and will be rejected if found to have been improperly used, damaged in any way including but not limited to chewing, cleaning, wear & tear
  • Refunds in the amount of the order minus any shipping and/or transaction fees will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, no exceptions
  • Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of defective products. Refund will not be issued if we do not receive the package, whether it was lost in transit or otherwise
  • Items purchased on sale may be eligible for store credit ONLY
  • Customized orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges
Making an Exchange
  • If your order is eligible for an exchange, we will accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Start an exchange by emailing us at support@pupworldwear.com with your order number and 'Exchange' as the subject line
