Standard Shipping (3-9 Business Days): $10 Flat Rate. Spend $100 or more and standard shipping is on us!

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $25 flat rate. Please note that we cannot guarantee expedited deliveries to P.O. Boxes.

Local Deliveries: We offer local delivery for selective areas in Vancouver West. The system will automatically allow you to choose this option if you are within our service area. This option is free if you spend $60 or more! Local deliveries will only be on select Saturdays and you will receive an email when your order is ready and scheduled for delivery on the upcoming weekend.

Self Pick-up: Pick up is available. We will email you once your order is ready and you can book a pick-up time. Orders must be picked up within 3 weeks and during the scheduled time-frame (please do not show up without notice, we cannot guarantee we will be at the pick-up location with your order).

Lost or stolen package:

Please note that once your order is with our couriers (UPS, Canada Post, or USPS), ensuring the safety of package is with you. If your tracking indicates your order has been delivered but you have yet to receive your package, please contact the courier directly to see if it is at a pick-up service point. For local deliveries, we will follow your delivery instructions -- please specify where to leave the package or for hand-off only, an authorized person must be at the delivery location at the scheduled delivery time.

International Shipping:

Currently we only offer shipping within Canada. We will begin shipping to the U.S. in the summer.
