BIOTHANE PRODUCTS WARRANTY:

Warranty on our Biothane products are life-long. Yes, you heard that right!

We guarantee against any defects and/or issues with the material or craftsmanship.

Coverage includes:

• If the rivets break or become undone
• If the D-rings/O-rings break
• If the hardware (clasp/trigger snap) breaks or can no longer close or open

Coverage does NOT include:

• Damage caused by your dogs or other pets from chewing, biting, scratching, etc.
• Damage caused by the handler from or as a result of improper use, failure to review and follow product's intended use, use outside of intended use, heavy wear and tear, abuse, attaching too many products onto a single attachment, improper handling, purchasing an unsuitable product (i.e., lightwear for stronger pullers), etc.
• Natural colour change, texture change, tarnish marks from oxidization with wear & tear, cleaning, time, and exposure to general environment that is beyond control

ROPE PRODUCTS WARRANTY:

Warranty on our Rope products are life-long. We guarantee against any defects and/or issues with the material and craftsmanship.

Coverage includes if the swivel carabiner's auto-locking mechanism stops working or the O-ring breaks.

Coverage does NOT include:

• Damage caused by your dogs or other pets from chewing, biting, scratching, etc.
• Damage caused by the handler from or as a result of improper use, failure to review and follow product's intended use, use outside of intended use, heavy wear and tear, abuse, improper handling, etc.
• Natural colour change and fade, texture change with wear & tear, cleaning, time, and exposure to general environment that is beyond control
