This hands-free adapter is made with Standard Biothane and comes with two strap securers, one Classic Clasp or Trigger Snap, and 3 D-rings.

This is ONLY the Adapter. You will need to purchase a compatible Classic Biothane Leash or Long Line separately, or you can purchase The Starter Biothane Set.

IMPORTANT: We recommend using the Hands-free Sets with caution if your dog is a stronger puller. While the design of our Hands-free Adapter ensures it doesn't tighten or pull on your waist when pressure is applied, depending on how big the dog is relative to the handler and how hard they may pull, improper use of the gear could result in injuries.

IMPORTANT: Our Standard gear are designed to be lightwear, a nice-to-have in your dog's wardrobe, suitable mainly for shorter walks and smaller dogs. If you are planning to frequently use the gear, use it for training, or if your dog is a stronger puller, we recommend the same Adapter with Super Heavy Biothane.

The hands-free adapter can be adjusted to be worn around the waist or cross-body.

To adjust the adapter, detach the clasp or trigger snap, slide the D-ring and pull to adjust to your ideal length. Once you've found your best fit, secure it with your strap securers.

The strap securers are designed to be tighter to better hold and secure your adapter.

With the D-ring attachment, you can attach up to 2 Classic Biothane Leashes or Biothane Long Lines to the adapter to make it a multi-hands-free-leash.

The hands-free adapter comes with our classic clasp. For Standard Biothane Adapters, we recommend keeping the classic clasp as pictured, as the Heavy Duty Trigger Snaps can be a bit heavy for the lighter Standard Biothane.

Our Heavy Duty Biothane Adapters are made with Super Heavy Biothane and our Standard Biothane Adapters are made with Standard Biothane.

Super Heavy Biothane is more sturdy and has a more luxe feel and texture, and is on the heavier side. This allows for better grip and control over the gear when needed, making it the perfect option for both everyday use and as training gear.

Standard Biothane is lighter in comparison, has a softer feel and texture, and is more flexible. Designed to be lightwear, we made the Standard Biothane products to be nice-to haves in your dog's wardrobe, suitable mainly for shorter walks and smaller dogs. We recommend owners with stronger pullers consider Super Heavy Biothane as a more suitable option.

Both Super Heavy and Standard Biothane are waterproof, stain-proof, and can stand heavy wear and tear. This makes Biothane products super easy to take care of and clean after a rainy walk or muddy hike.

Biothane looks and feels like leather, but is way softer, easier to clean, and is still top-notch in terms of quality and style, making it the perfect option for your pups' safety gear.

To clean your Biothane Hands-free Adapters, simply soak the adapter in warm and soapy water. For any dirt or patches, you can spray the spot with a cleaner and use a toothbrush to lightly scrub over the marks or leave rubbing alcohol on for awhile before scrubbing or wiping.

Over time with heavy wear, the hardware will leave tarnish marks where the Biothane folds. Regularly cleaning your adapter may help diminish the tarnish marks.

Remember to not wash your adapters in the washing machine, and to thoroughly rinse them in warm water after cleaning with rubbing alcohol!
